AI risk is becoming operational risk with a meter attached.
An enterprise agent can consume compute, access data, call tools, generate decisions and trigger downstream actions. When its credentials are stolen or its controls fail, the loss can include unauthorised consumption, output, data movement and reliance.
That changes the boardroom and insurance questions.
> Who authorised the machine work?
> What did the agent consume?
> Can its decision be reconstructed?
> Where does the resulting loss sit within existing insurance coverage?
